I just don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. It’s okay, but for the price? I expected a lot more!

I checked it out on my phone and everything loaded the way it should. No awkward zooming, broken layouts, or little issues that make mobile browsing annoying. It just makes sense to have a site that works cleanly on a phone, and this one does.

I’ve been using the site templates they’ve worked fine for me. No weird bugs or annoying issues so far, which is always a relief. Actually, wait—this is kind of impressive. I expected at least one thing to break, but nope, everything’s been smooth.

It worked okay for me on a few platforms, but I ran into issues when using it with Shopify. That part was weird because I expected it to be straightforward. Overall, it’s not bad, just not totally reliable everywhere

Checkout was totally smooth and I got the files quickly, so no real complaints there. The download link worked fine too. I just felt like the confirmation page was a little unclear, unless I’m the only one who missed it? A bit more obvious info there would’ve made the whole thing feel easier

I tried setting up the template and kept running into errors over and over. The guide wasn’t really clear, and support took way too long to get back to me. after I paid, it felt like they just weren’t that interested in helping anymore, which made me uneasy. I ended up wasting my whole evening on something that should’ve been straightforward. Definitely not happy with the experience.

I like it okay, but the updates feel a bit slow to me. More often they should happen, I think...

I used WebbyTemplate for a small site, the docs were easy to follow. The setup steps were clear, and I didn’t have to sit there guessing what to do next, which I really appreciated.

That said, a few pages could definitely use more screenshots, especially the parts about editing sections and setting up the contact form. I was fine at first, then suddenly I was like, okay, why am I clicking around like a detective just to find this one setting?
Still, overall the documentation is solid and saved me a good amount of time. It’s not perfect, but it got the job done, and I’d use WebbyTemplate again

The templates are okay overall!! They look nice enough and were easy to edit, which I appreciated. But I did run into some issues when trying to download my files... kinda frustrating, honestly. Support did eventually get back to me, so it wasn’t a total mess, but it took longer than I expected!!!

It might be okay if you don’t mind doing extra setup, but I wouldn’t call it ready to use.

I ran into an issue with my template and reached out to Webby Template support. It took around longer than I expected to hear back, and when they finally replied, it was mostly basic suggestions I had already tried. I also had to explain the same problem about a few times, which got frustrating. I ended up fixing part of it myself in the end. Overall, not a great support experience for me...

I thought the templates looked really clean and modern without trying too hard or being overly flashy. To me, the layouts felt like they were already well thought out, so I wouldn’t need to spend a ton of time tweaking things just to make them usable.

I tried using it for a bit, but the pages were loading so slowly that I just got annoyed after a few clicks. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, if something takes that long to load, it’s basically not worth using. I didn’t really get far enough to judge everything, but the slow part was enough for me

I did eventually get the help I needed, but it took a bit more chasing than I expected. The replies were slow, so I felt like I had to keep putting in extra effort just to get things moving

The prices were super clear from the start, and there were literally no hidden fees or weird extra charges.
